Four Chen cousins and their forms

The 19th generation taiji teachers Chen Xiaowang, Chen Zhenglei, Chen Xiaoxing and Chen Yu performing the first few movements of the xinjia yilu form. The individual videos have been modified move by move so that they start and end at about the same time to make comparison of their body mechanics and the way they express the small spirals in this form easier to see.
